The moment a vehicle silhouette is spotted, the program must return its exact coordinates so rescuers can be dispatched quickly. I’m flexible about the imagery source—NASA, ESA, Google Earth, or any other free feed is fine as long as it delivers cloud-free, high-resolution scenes on a daily cadence. You are welcome to mix sources when one is fresher than another.
