Hand Sketch to Annotated CAD

I have an architectural floor-plan sketched by hand that now needs to live inside AutoCAD. The job is straightforward but must be precise: reproduce every wall, opening and structural line in 2-D, then add full dimensions, room labels and any notes that appear on the original sheet so the drawing is construction-ready. You will start from my scanned PDF and send back a clean DWG that uses logical layers for walls, doors, windows, text and dimensions. No 3-D work is required; a well-organised 2-D file with accurate line weights and annotation styles is all I’m after. Deliverables • One AutoCAD DWG containing the complete, annotated floor plan • An exported PDF that matches the DWG layout for quick review I’ll supply the scan as soon as we kick off and will be available to clarify any illegible marks.
