House Renovation 3D Renderings

I’m renovating and extending my house and need photorealistic 3D renderings to help me visualise every design change before we commit on-site. You will be working from my existing floor plans (PDF and DWG), and I’ll supply reference photos, material palettes, and measurements for accuracy. The spaces that need to be brought to life are: • Exterior • Interior rooms • Outdoor spaces Your task is to turn those plans into detailed, true-to-scale images that capture lighting and textures textures so I can confidently tweak layouts, finishes ect. Software choice is up to you. Deliverables • High-resolution JPEG/PNG renders for each listed area, sized for print and screen • Source file(s) so future edits remain possible I’ll share the floor plans once we start, along with a mood-board, fixtures and fittings schedule, floor plans and a brief for each space. Looking forward to seeing how you translate the design into visuals I can walk through with my builder!
