Job Description:
As a developer, we are developing a parcel on a high plateau, with overlooking views of the heart of Cairo. Within the parcel, we have a range of 8 prototypes, with 7 of the buildings with finalized elevations.
We have 1 prototype, called a duet villa, with 4 units in the building, which needs to have the facade enhanced to match our existing architectural style.
With your support we will be expecting the following: a concept package of the elevation designs, alongside with the 3D model in SketchUp file, visuals of the design, & studies of the correlation of the existing architectural style.
Upon approval of the design and considering the feedback at 50%, we will be expecting a 100% conceptual submission package.
