I am looking for an experienced 3d BIM Modelling expert to build a medium detailed (LOD 300-400) model in Revit. This project will cover the Design Development phase of a project. Applicant must have extensive experience using Revit, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the BIM (Building Information Modelling) process. The successful candidate will be required to turn the brief into a 3d model that really captures every detail. This includes accuracy in dimension, spatial relationships,building envelope, and orientation of all the components. The model must also adhere to the highest international standards in 3d BIM modelling.
