3D Design Rendering Project

We currently have warehouse size

40ft long by 33ft.

We want to turn it into retail shop now by:

Extending Mezzanine across to the Edge so be extra blue Support beams along size wall where shutter is to create full 2nd flooor

We want remove the large shelves on shutter side and maybe current Support shelving on left.

We thinking of putting partitions between current blue poles to create walk around shop. Measurement can be provided and rough skretch off our idea.

We look for someone to create 3d of how this will look. It's need to be nice simple design that can be done with standard wood material available in Ireland or other materials. We want nice design shop but not fancy over top visual one that we can't build.
