Improve 3D model for fantasy city

Hi! Our team is creating a graphic novel and we have built a 3D model of a fantasy city that we will use to speed up production. This is what it currently looks like:

What we would like to do:
- general aesthetic improvements. More visually appealing/realistic/etc
- realistic rock and cave patterns for the walls.
- flowing water
- keep file size small by minimizing the amount of textures used in the model
- find an easy way for our fans to interact with the model (Sketchfab is preferable)
We will send dae, fbx, or obj files when we start working together.
