3D modeling for Cafe-restaurant

hello freelancers
i want a 3d design for a classic cafe
the cafe is open since 5 years and will move to another place so 50% of the furniture and chandlers etc will be used
the old cafe had two floors, new one is only one floor with 3 glass fronts
there is a ready design for the false calling as Sketchup and there is suggested distribution as AutoCad
the old tiling and walls of the old cafe wasn't that much so i need your talent on that
however if you can change the distribution the way you see it and extend or shift the bar table for example
i would like the designer who will will work with it to keep on touch with details until we finish
i don't mind which programs you use to make
and i would like the main files after finishing the project
and ill add the google maps link for the old cafe to check the images as well as the new cafe images to check the outside area and to imagine it
