3D models creation

I am looking for someone who can create 3D models from images I have. There are around 50-60 characters and would like to start with 10 characters.
I need to start this project immediately, so only bid if you can work on weekends too at the early stages of the project. I have lot of task for 3d models and animation so I need somebody with whom I can work in long term
Also, I need someone who can send me daily updates so that I can know monitor projects easily. Be communicative throughout the project.
I need the final files in fbx format.
No advance payment will be provided, milestone payment created in advance, and released on delivery of the task. Milestone will be done in parts, like we can divide milestone in 4 parts of 25% amount each..
