I would like to know the below. - Do you prefer Revit BIM or AutoCAD for the master model, and should we use BIM 360/ACC for reviews? - Which city/county is the Authority Having Jurisdiction, and what energy code/climate zone should the glazing + envelope meet? I think we should. - Set early zoning + FAR checks with parametric massing to avoid late rework and keep schedule tight. - Use clean Revit families with shared parameters so door/window schedules and A1 sheets auto-update and print crystal clear. Lets follow a plan like this. - I review your survey, zoning data, and wish‑list; confirm setbacks, height, coverage, and target floor area. - I sketch 2 massing options with rough area schedules and indoor–outdoor flow; you pick a direction. - I develop 1:100 plans/roof/elevations, model in 3D, and produce 4 photo‑real exterior renders showing glass, materials, and lighting. - I produce the permit set: dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, D/W schedules, basic details; QA for A1 scale, naming, and organised layers; 1 revision each stage. I’ll work in Revit (or AutoCAD if you prefer), keep files clean, and deliver RVT/DWG + print‑ready PDFs, all aligned to your brief and zoning
