[3D Vista] Design an interactive 3D space for an event that will be embedded into a website

We are looking for somebody that has excellent knowledge in creating interactive 3D environment with multiple integrations (live stream, live chat, interactive windows / elements etc.)

Project Overview:
CGI Virtual Tour - 360 renders (x3 Rooms)
Our client operates 3 brands all with the purpose of empowering black women through technology, partnerships and support. They are currently undergoing a brand refresh in order to consolidate the 3 brands under 1. This will then enable 1 of the brands to be the ‘parent’ company with the other brands as sub-brands/branches.
We will require assistance with a CGI/VR event with the aim to soft launch this at their conference in mid July. The virtual event will house the the brands in separate rooms as well as engage users with ticket and e-com sales as well as live events/speakers.
