We require web based accounting application to include following:

This application is for multiple clients with multiple users accessing the system with different rights to part of the system.



- General ledger, customizable chart of accounts,
- Accounts payable( Suppliers ledgers including invoices, credit notes, receipts, advance payment ),
- Accounts receivable ( Customer ledgers including invoices,Credit notes, receipts, advance payment),
- Bank accounts (supplier payments, customer receipts refunds against credit notes, direct payments/receipts to general ledger ),


- UK VAT returns (VAT schemes --- Standard VAT scheme- Accrual basis, Cash basis, flat rate cash basis, flat rate accrual basis including submission to HMRC


- Reports to include, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, customer report, supplier report, general ledger report, pdf of the reports, exporting to excel.
- iXbrl reports - as per HMRC and companieshouse requirement
corporation tax return and computations and submissions to HMRC and companies house


- UK payroll for employees according to UK taxes - submission of data to HMRC as required by HMRC, emailing payslips to employes or employee can login to their area to download.
- Employee expense claims, time sheet entry system.
- Practice management system: ability to manage leads, clients information and client jobs(tasks for client)


- Preferably we are looking for application developed in Dot Net Technology having Ms. SQL as back-end.
