Mobile Developement

We are looking for a team of expert mobile developers who are able to meet deadlines and do great coding. We have many clients and a lot of weekly tasks but we need a professional team of mobile developers who will be able to follow proper instructions and communicate objectives properly. Requirements: MUST be available until 4pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday MUST be available for emergencies on the weekend MUST be familiar with iOS, Android, PHP, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, MySQL, Responsive Web Design, Photoshop, SEO, Codeigniter, Appcelerator Titanium, XCode, Wireframes, Github MUST be able to convert PSD files into working mobile applications MUST be familiar with skype, basecamp, and google talk MUST have a good command of English Additional Skills Preferred: Ruby on Rails development skills Compensation: We pay for COMPLETED tasks not hours spent on working on task. Therefore you must be skilled and know what you are doing. If you complete tasks on time properly we also provide bonuses. We will NOT pay for tasks that are not completed or not completed on time. If you finish your task faster than expected you still get paid for the full amount of time allotted for your task. The faster you work, the more task you will be assigned. Tasks: Each tasks normally take about 5 hours or less to complete. Most tasks involve working on existing mobile applications but some tasks will include creating mobile applications from scratch. If you are just one developer feel free to apply. But you must be available to meet the above requirements. If you are a mobile development team you MUST have at least one developer available until 4pm eastern standard time and at least one developer available on Saturday.
