Project Description

I need a program that can scrape thousands of proxies, check whether they are live or not and see what geographic location they come from. Then I need an easy way of sorting and editing this list based on speed and/or geographic location – I should be able to pick and say “use only proxies from USA and Canada and are faster than 'X'.”

Meanwhile, I need this same program to automatically take those sorted proxies and refresh a url with random time delays in different browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc.) and at the same time load a new/unique IP address on every refresh. This program will need to run through the list of proxies from top to bottom and once all proxies are used, it will then load another list of proxies (which it was simultaneously scraping).

This program will need to auto-refresh the page, stay on it for a set number of seconds, then do it again—or however it would work. And if it can click on the occasional ad, and stay on the opened page and close it after a certain amount of time, that would be a huge bonus. I just need to send thousands of unique hits to a URL list in a set amount of time.

The program also should let me input how many visits I want, time delay between each visit and other features.

There are a lot of programs out there that do one or two of these things, but rarely are there things that do all and work well. Many are horribly buggy—this program will have very few bugs and could effectively run for weeks if not months without my checking in on it or changing the settings. I will need to test this out before I pay for it, and the layout needs to be simple, clean, user-friendly and won't have many bugs.

If you are able to make this bid, place it. I'd love to hear your pitch. I'm willing to pay as soon as the program works—and if it does work, I'll sign you on for even more contracts for support and additional features.

I'm not a programmer, so I don't know what actual skills are needed in order to design this program—you choose the skills.

Look forward to hearing from you. I'm not interested in only the cheapest bid--I want it to work and work well, so if you're experienced and have good references and will only take the job on if it pays you on the higher end of the scale, please bid.
