You have 2 forms to capture in the database:
1 - [url removed, login to view]
2 - [url removed, login to view]
Both forms will send an email to the admin email. There is a section in the control panel called config where she puts in all company info and email and the email goes to the this email field whatever she chooses to make it.
Another email is sent to user thanking them for thier contact and we will contact them if need be - i will write something up for you to place in this email. Nothing long or fully formatted just a brief thank you from Elliott Media.
The next part is not only capturing the data in the database and showing in the admin but the [url removed, login to view] form will need to have a print option as well so the admin can print it up and take it to the customer for consultation.
