Objective: Create a portable notepad (GUI) in Java which replicates some of the functionalities to that of Microsoft Notepad like open, save, cut, copy paste, replace, undo/ redo, search etc. Purpose: ? The main purpose of this application is to automatically save the content for every 10 seconds. Work Completed: ? Implementation of major functionalities exactly replicating MS Notepad i.e. open, save (using Files), cut, copy and paste (String operations), search and replace (regex), undo/redo (stack). ? Made user-friendly by implementing shortcuts keys similar to that of MS Notepad.
