[url removed, login to view] is an online coaching and content website that combines world class media content with an e-learning platform. The site is already built but requires an experienced developer to perform remedial work, redesign work, build some e-commerce functionality.

The primary role is to improve the back end of the site, build e-commerce functionality, database solutions as well as general improvements to the site.

The skills required are summarised below

[url removed, login to view] WebForms - Need to be able to understand webforms even if using newer programming techniques such as MVC so that the programming logic can be transferred.

Telerik - An understanding on how the controls are integrated into the solution.

HTML - Not only having the knowledge of CSS / HTML / web standards, but to have the ability to recognise responsive design and the mobile space

Solution Architecture - Someone that has built highly scalable, responsive web applications and can suggest the appropriate architecture. i.e. Cloud computing for reports, CDN for file uploads, load balancing for the web app

Data Access - Entity Framework and similar solutions for data access.
