Project Description

I am looking to create a .net web application preferably where it has the ability for an admin to upload an image and then show it on the page. (all images should get resized according to some configuration set so all images have the exact same dimensions). Next once the image is showed on screen the admin needs the ability to click anywhere on the image and it should automatically create a link at that location. Once they have clicked on all the required positions they can hit save and it should save all the information to a database. My assumption is that you would somehow save the coordinates or something of each link to future retrieval. Then a user can go in and say "Load" and it should load the image on screen with the links added to the page at the locations setup by the admin.

See attached pdf for an example. The images are normally going to be diagrams of some sort with sections on there. For example in the pdf you will see markings in red for A, B, C....etc. The goal would be to be able to show that pdf on the screen (i would convert it to an image first) and then click on A, B, C..etc and make links on those locations which later when clicked on will display data about the point.

My only requirement is that this be done using C#.NET and a web application. I said Jquery as well because I think it has some functionality out there that we could probably use.

I will only look at bids where the bidder has sent me a PM. In the PM I want to see a workflow on how you are going to accomplish this task(how you are going to go about completing the task, what tools you are going to use...etc) The best workflow and the person that can give the most detailed and clear understanding will win the bid.

Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.
