SMS via Twilio

The link containing the PHP script for sending sms message over twilio which is working like mail-merge. So, you upload csv file together with message template containing tags (just like <name> for example) which match to csv header. So, it will send any phone number found on the csv lines. I have a application which sends bulk emails and bulk sms. I can run a demo for you if you wish. Since twilio sends one sms per call, we will take the entries for say 1000 messages and store them in the database. There will be one scheduler which will run 3 times in a hour and will send about 100 sms in one go.. As you have mentioned you want to see the recipients 10 digit ANI's, does that mean, those numbers will be fetch from database? or you need a entry form where you will put the Mobile number and the message which you would like to send? Hi from the brief description of your spec this sounds like a really basic application. I have a few questions around where it will be hosted/ran from? A web server or your own pc? Also what OS will it run on? Those questions aside it shouldn't take more than a few days to complete

I will do it in PHP. on Linux/Apache server with MySQL DB. Cron job will start sending at scheduled time and throttle sending speed. I have done it for a client before. Can demonstrate.
