This project is a rather large and ongoing project for the development of a full scheduling and training management system. It will be based on a Windows 8 (Metro) themed interface that needs to be supported on touch enabled devices including iPad, Windows and Android. The system will sit on a SQL database infrastructure and will be hosted on IIS. It will need to be able to scale to a large number of users and support multi-tenancy within the platform.

Initial database schema's and basic storyboarding have been completed and are attached as files for reference in this bid.

This project is for the delivery of a complete scheduling system along with a training management system. Some high level features include;

-Scheduling of resources and instructors

-Scheduling of resources without instructors

-Notifications and alerts of up-coming schedules

-Cancelling a booking due to a lit of reasons


-Individual user logins to create their own bookings

-Tenanted by organisation (multiple orgs in the one platform and db)

-Course management (lessons, outcomes enrolments).

As you will notice from the attached DB schema the system will be quite large with many levels of integration between modules and components.
