Project Description

This should be something that you have already coded... I am not looking to spend much on this project.

I need a simple, yet secure, [url removed, login to view] (2.0) C# role based CMS website. The features needed are below:

Forms based authentication using MSSQL db (SQL script to create db required)
Role based permissions - user, power user, admin
Admin section to view, modify, create, and delete users.
Usernames should be the user's email

Pages needed:
[url removed, login to view] - landing page for visitors
[url removed, login to view] - login page
[url removed, login to view] - profile of user with password change
[url removed, login to view] - sample page that only registered users can access
[url removed, login to view] - sample page only power users and admins can access
[url removed, login to view] - admin section - can be more than one page - only admins can access
[url removed, login to view] - signup page for new users - should require valid email (same as username) and send a link for them to verify address

This should be done with app logic only - this should not require built in asp code such as <asp:createuserwizard> or anything that requires IIS high trust or the internal [url removed, login to view] db. Anything that requires these will not meet my requirements!

The look of the site doesn't matter - the only requirement is that you have a simple menu to access the requested pages. It can be simple HTML. I don't care as I will create my own design for this.

This has a max budget of $70 - but again I expect this is something many of you have already coded, you might just need to tweak it a bit.
