Project Description

Technology required:

- [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] MVC 3+
- SQL SERVER 2005/08
- Web API
- Signalr (or any other related technology)

I would like to have a web stream like Facebook (please note that I am just looking for a stream not for a Facebook clone), where user can

* Post Status (no code, no html); in simple text
* Upload pictures [No Gif]; which stores to sql server database
* Embedded video
* Create Polls

 User can only see friends updates
 When click on the picture it opens in a gallery view; like facebook
 Like, comment, share post feature; like facebook
 Load more when scroll down (automatically or on button click; both are fine to me)
 Real time notification for like comments (Like facebook) can use Signalr or other tech (Plugin)
 Web preview when pasting the like; like fb
 Upload multiple pictures at a time - album
 View polls result

Functionality can be simplified, modified if you have better solution/approach to build the same.

The primary objective of this project to create a feed stream like facebook. Which includes all the features present in the current facebook feed stream.
It is important for me to make a note here that all the feed post, uploaded or shared pictures, links, polls, like, views and other post related data would be stored in the database (preferably SQL Server or MySql).

However, I am open for a new way to display the feed instead of following the conventional way just like facebook/Google+.

As I have working experience in [url removed, login to view] MVC 3 & 4, webforms and other related technologies so we can discuss the project details in depth. However, I am expecting expertise in [url removed, login to view] MVC 3/4, Signalr, JQuery etc. which I believe is required for building this project.

P.S.: This is a re-post of my previous project entry. I re-posted it because the developer who has initiated the work has quit due to unavoidable personal reason.
