Bulk SMS Gateway & Portal

- The project is to develop a Bulk SMS Gateway & Portal for managing Bulk SMS Connection through both incoming HTTP and SMPP. - Project divided into 3 parts: 1) Administration GUI 2) SMPP Gateway (Kannel or equivalent) 3) Normal User GUI (Sending SMS via GUI) - All developments for Portal must be done in .NET / .ASPX. - Back end to be in C# - All developments to include store, class procedures. - All developments to be done on Windows 2008 Server and MSSQL Database. - Admin Web Based GUI must be built to administer user accounts, editing profiles, and selecting routes. - SMPP Gateway must be built for accepting incoming SMPP Connection, and creating outbound SMPP Connection. - Normal User GUI must be built for standard send sms functionality (creating group, address book, saving draft sms, remove duplicate, Outbox History, Scheduled Delivery and so on. - Able to set routes for different user accounts, which would be based on outgoing HTTP and SMPP connection. - Reports of hourly/daily/monthly transaction for each user account and also on a daily activity list. - Sample Web GUI would be provided. Requirements: - Experience in SMPP and HTTP connectivity. and preferably having experience in a SMS Project before. - Knowledge in JAVA and Tomcat is an ADVANTAGE. - Please bid ONLY if you have experience with SMS or Mobile Web Application before. Do not BID if you do not have knowledge in SMS Apps. - Providing with us with a sample Web GUI for similar projects would give you more priority to be awarded the project.
