We are looking for somebody that can provide a functional Service Calls/Service tickets Generation - Web Based Program

Please provide completion time.

We are willing to set milestone for payments.

Source code must be provided, and full documented written in English.

No copyrights or any other rights should be associated to the project.

Program functionality:

This program will be used to generate a service ticket based on issues reported by a customer, issues could be from 1 to +50 per call; each issue shall have a line number (to identify issue).

2 different calls (even on the same day) from the same customer will be treated as two different service tickets.

Each service ticket should have a unique identify number (consecutive numbers).

Each service ticket will have a predetermined manager (populated automatically based on the costumer reporting issues) and a designated contractor to repair the problems, selected from a drop down list box by the person generating service ticket.

When service ticket is generated an emailed should be automatically fired to the parties involved (Manager, Contractor and up to 10 different email addresses).

When a contractor logs-in into the program, should be able to assign an already existing service ticket to a service technician and a date to perform service (also an email should be fired automatically).

Contractor # 1 should be able to see only service tickets issued to Contractor # 1 and so on.

Manager should be able to see only service tickets under his watch.

Service technician should be able to see service tickets assigned to him and respond (enter comments) on every issue showing on a service ticket.

When a service technician finish to perform repairs, and comments has been entered in a service ticket, an email should be automatically fired to the parties involved (Manager, Contractor and up to 10 different email addresses).

If a service technician requested some equipment to resolve an issue, the manager should be able to log the new equipment to be released to the technician; a hard copy should be printed in order to be signed by the technician receiving the new equipment.

Manager also should be able to respond (enter comments) for each issue on a service ticket.

Project consists of:

- ASP/.NET/Visual Basic (Web Forms) /SQL program to be hosted in a Microsoft server.

- Program should be accessible from PCs, Laptops and Tablets (Windows based).

- Home page to be the Login Page, User name and Password

- Password recovery and password change should be setup.

- 6 Different levels of hierarchy.

• SuperUser

• Administrator

• Supervisor

• Manager

• Contractor

• Technician

- Forms data should be searchable and sortable.

- SQL database suggested tables (This tables are only a guide) plus login tables:

• Customers

• Users

• ServiceTickets

• ServiceTicketsIssues

• ServiceTicketsResponses

• IssuesResponses

• ServiceTicketsEquipmentRelease

• IssuesEquipmentRelease

- Timestamp on every transaction

- Changes tracking (audit).
