Help with Ad Rotation on Windows Server (Hosted at [url removed, login to view])

In Progress

My client is running a website on a Windows server at GoDaddy.com. Last week thy moved him to upgraded hosting of some kind, and every since the ad rotation routine no longer works. It's generating the error message:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

[url removed, login to view] Failed

/includes/[url removed, login to view], line 35

800401f3

GoDaddy's tech support has told my client several different things (wrong path to files, just install [url removed, login to view] in the root directory, etc.) but none of the things they've suggested have worked or been the problem to begin with.

So I guess what I'm looking for here is advice (I'm a Linux guy). Is this error correctable with the access we would have through GoDaddy? And if not, can you recommend something to replace the [url removed, login to view] that's being used now?
