We are looking to research the latest technologies in the bio-diesel market. Grades range from B5-B100 in the UK, some vehicles require modification, others not. Our application is a large scale commercial project. We will be using waste oil, as part of our recycling process. The largest costs in the market have always been steam creation/boiler fuel and cost of input material (oil). We have now secured a constant supply of oil and heat (up to 1300 degrees Celsius).
The best turn key solutions we've seen are manufactured in Western Europe, German and Swedish technologies. We'd like a report covering the fuel grades, latest technologies, a review of turn key and component equipment and if possible a oil/fuel yield table showing examples. We'd like to look at processing more than a million litres a year. Our core market is the UK where UK VAT/duty rates apply. There may also be grants from Defra or WRAP that support recycling waste oil and we'd like to explore all available material. Experience or prior knowledge would be very important. 5000-10000 words estimated with graphics.
