We are looking for a part-time book keeper to work with one of the company partners. You should be experienced with Quickbooks Pro 2010 and other versions. You will be required to enter orders, attach bills to purchase orders, reconcile banking, contact vendors and file claims amongst other items. Your English needs to be very good. You'll access our Quickbooks via TeamViewer but you will need to have a reliable internet connection, Skype and be familiar with Google Apps and open to learning tools such as Podio.
You are detail orientated, communicative and professional with a willingness to learn and grow.
To begin, the hours will be 10-15 hours per week. Ideally we are looking for someone within time zones in the range of GMT +1 to -12. We will consider regions outside of these areas but you must be prepared to talk to vendors within USA time zones.
