I am looking for someone that has experience with filing accounts for private limited companies in UK. My company has not traded at all since I have formed it and this is the first time I have to file accounts. I have no experience in accounting and I need advice and guidance in what I have to do in order to file accounts for my company properly. As I have mentioned before the company has not traded so this shouldn't be much work.

Hi You need to file a statutory return every year and accounts after 21 months if this is your first year. You will have received a PROOF code for online filing. I can help you get this filed You will also need to get credentials for your CT500 corporation tax return from Government gateway. There is an electronic filing fee of £13 for the statutory return. If you are a micro entity (< £316,000 ) on balance sheet and £632000 sales then you can just file a short balance sheet. I can help you with this too. Let me know. It is not hard, just admin work and needs to be done to the timetable to avoid penalty charges.
