Freelance Bookkeeper required to work on a weekly/monthly basis.
We are currently in the process of migrating to a new accounting application, so therefore require a freelance bookeeper to enter data into both systems.
Currently we use SAGE Instant Accounts and have developed our own Cloud Accounting Application.
- enter around 20 sales invoices per month
- Enter 10 supplier invoices per month
- Enter the credit card statement per month
- Enter bank statement per week
- Monthly Salary Journals (4 staff)
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Quarterly ECSL Sales return
Please confirm your hourly rate and an estimate of how many hours per week/month you would require to complete the above tasks. Our current estimate is in the region of 8 hours per month.
I currently work as a freelance book keeper for MK Services which is a local company. I sort all aspects of his book keeping manually and file tax returns each year.
I have worked with Sage Instant Accounts before.
8 hours a month seems adequate to complete the work.

I have 13 years accounting and bookkeeping experience so I can complete all of your tasks easily within required time deadline. I have also 5 years working knowledge of Sage Line 50 so I can easily work on Sage Instant Accounts and also able to help you if you want to migrate to your new Cloud application.
I am flexible with my working hours and can be discussed the actual hours (lower than bid hours). I have 24 hours internet access at my home and can be contacted any time with email.
