Project Description

Environment:
Server: Adobe Media Serve 5 (I have full access to it)
Client: Adobe Air android application (Flash Builder 4.6 flex mobile project)

The problem to solve is to recognize at the client side if either rtmp or rtmfp or both work correct for the client that connects to the adobe media server.
If a rtmfp connection is established it is not a guarantee that transferring data through this connection works.
(see [url removed, login to view])

Is it possible FOR THE CLIENT PROGRAM for example when it connects the first time to the server to check with server side script if transferring data through rtmfp to the server and back to the client works correct?
Can this check be done for both rtmp and rtmfp at the same time (parallel).
Waiting for the 90-second-timeout on rtmfp is no option.

Do you know other ways at the client side to check/guarantee that rtmp/rtmfp works correct.

I need only a simple example that demonstrates the successful checking of rtmp/rtmfp data transferring.
The demonstrating client program for android should be build with Adobe Flash Builder 4.6 (flex mobile project).

As result I need a working simple demonstration, the server side script and the client source code as Flash Builder 4.6 as a project file.
