Introductory Video for new Powerpoint file

I have a newly produced Powerpoint presentation which is about 70 pages. I want to make a short introductory video in the range of about 1:30 to 2:30 minutes for posting on my Youtube channel. This video will introduce this Powerpoint to my Channel subscribers, and other interested members of the public. At the end of the video, I will ask for everyone's support in my video and Powerpoint production efforts. Additionally, at the end, I will give the URL where this Powerpoint can be downloaded. So, in other words, my idea is to hire a freelancer to produce this video. He/she will need to design a title sequence (for the opening of the video), some internal pages (with simple backgrounds, where I will have some text), a good number of "Powerpoint screen-shots," and an ending sequence (for the end). I assume that the "Powerpoint screen-shots" will be made by using some graphics program to "capture" shots of various interesting pages of the Powerpoint . . . . . . . Of course, it will be desirable to have some nice transitions between the different Powerpoint pages . . . . . In producing this video, it will be quite suitable if these "Powerpoint screen-shots" are flipped through very quickly, . . . . . I just want to let the viewers get a general idea of the comprehensive content, as well as the attractive design style of the Powerpoint. I will need some sort of simple music track in the background. I do not need any voice-over on this project. I believe that there are various internet sites that have royalty-free music clips. We are a small human rights organization, and in the largest sense our projects deal with human rights. That includes "understanding the truth of history." In my way of thinking, this is a very easy and straightforward project, and should not take very long, so I suggest US$ 45 as a price.
