Hey so with the effects id like the glowing eyes at the 20 second mark, then the red super Saiyan aura at 1:06 onwards till he raises his arm up and says lightning is when I'd like the lighting strike to come from the fidget spinner and come into the next frame hitting the blonde student Infront of his feet and finally the Super Saiyan aura in blue at 1:41 when he raises his hands up screaming and the energy ball in the middle of his hands and the energy ball to end when he closes his hands
