I currently use Feedback Five ([url removed, login to view]) as a service to email all customers who make a purchase through our [url removed, login to view] account requesting feedback.
It includes a letter requesting feedback and link to their order. We have options as to when to send the email as well as if and when we want to send a second follow up email.
The problem we have found is that even after someone leaves feedback, it still sends out an email. This annoys them which then either makes them not leave a feedback, remove a positive feedback.
Can you create an email system to request feedback based on whether or not the have already left feedback?
