Android app (text and images via XML) - final steps

I have created an Android app, but I don't have the skillls to finalize it properly by myself. I would like to ask you if you could make it work (download the pictures and let it be visible via the layout list_item_xml and the single_list_item_xml). I prefer to have this work without the [login to view URL] WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE. The url of the images is in the XML. For your info, this XML contains around 100 items and will be refreshed almost every hour. I think it's not that much work for a pro to get this via 'getBitmapFromURL' or something simular working properly. If possible I would also like to have a sort of loading image (if real image still needs to be downloaded). Hope I have make my wishes clear enough.
