Hello, I have developing application for both ios and android from about 4 years now. I have made several computer vision apps based on openCV(pure c++ and is fast) apple cidetector library and other frameworks like tesseract in ios to perform ocr and recently have worked on a deeplearning based on tensorflow application for road speed signs recognition. I just want to bring it to your knowledge that many people will say they can make ocr application for you but it is not necessary that it's accuracy is upto the mark, where as I will can make this applicaiton for you with better accuracy becuz i have applied advance openCV algorithm for preprocessing and better results.
