VNC Server for Android Kernel Technical Server Requirements • Must provide accurate color display • Must run on Android Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean • Must provide the ability to set the input/touch device and allow the viewer to control the device without impacting the virtual keyboard or causing the Physical Keyboard toggle to display as ON. Must also work when a physical keyboard is attached • Must allow for the port to be assigned when starting the server • Must allow for the password to be set when the server is started • Must allow for the server to be stopped and started via command line arguments • Must be compatible with ARMv7 • Would like for the VNC server to account for the rotation of the device so that the image returned to the viewer is not upside down • Would like to be able to adjust the FPS (Frames Per Second) via command line arguments Non Technical Requirements • There should be no noticeable delay to the end user when the server is running and a viewer connected . The user should be able to use the tablet in a normal fashion and not experience issues with memory or CPU. • The user should not have to manually intervene to start the server or keep it running
