Create an water animation

For a website we need a series of animations. We let users play with eachother and we need an animation where you see a hand holding a small bucket of water and throws it against an object, first person shooter style. After this we will have a series of other animations to do for you. The animation can be done in any program you like, we only want a png sprite of it in the end so we can animate it ourselves. So if you prefer to do it in flash, and export it to a png sprite that's fine.
