A desktop tech support app

I currently have an app that is written in visual basics and I am wanting it to have most of the same features but with a few enhancements such as the ability to send specials directly to the desktop app and to have the visuals done to match my company look. An option for a serial number may be an option depending on cost, so for example with my paid MSP clients I would want the maintenance be automatic and have a few extra features an with my free one still have the maintenance but make it something that they have to do manually and have to go into the app. If project is sucessful then there are other project opertunities. ## Deliverables The app attached is what I curently have and would like to keep most of the same features.
