We are a US-based company with over 10 years experience in investments. We are seeking hard-working, dedicated, project-based Virtual Assistants.
Virtual Assistant who can arrange our personal notes and files, (currently in electronic format) into one word document file, divided into chapters and topics. Then arrange the contents of each chapter, logically and sequentially so each chapters content flows orderly and is without repetition so it is easy for the reader to understand.
You choose your own working hours.
Possibility for long-term position.
Bonuses for timely completion and quality of work are possible.
Qualities/tools needed for job:
Must speak fluent English, flawless grammar, able to read, write, edit English
Must have writing/editing experience
College grad preferred, preferably Communications, Journalism or English
Strong with Word, Internet and Windows is a must
Familiar with Dropbox, Google Docs or similar is a plus
Email, Skype and/or Magicjack and/or phone.
Must have stable fixed internet connection
Being organized and responsible;
