Project Description

I need a knowledgeable financial consumer news blogger/writer.

You would need to be really tuned in to the consumer finance field and be able to write fluently, in American English, about the latest on mortgages, interest rates, consumer loans, credit cards, taxes, tax software, financial software, retirement products, bank products, and more.

I'm not talking about rewriting other people's articles. You need to be knowledgeable yourself and know what you are talking about. Ready to investigate, contact companies for the latest info or to ask questions about things that don't make sense or go wrong, read the fine details, and connect all the dots for consumers and shoppers.

We don't write promotional content. We are not selling these products. You would need to be able to provide accurate, real, honest, information and analysis for shoppers/consumers.

I am looking for an experienced writer.

Your should know how to write an in 'inverted pyramid' news style.

You should understand the basics of SEO.

And you should be knowledgeable about how AdSense works.

If accepted, and if you have an AdSense account, you will receive a 70% AdSense adshare on all your articles. We are approved Google News and Bing News source that is well optimized for AdSense revenue.

This Freelancer starter project is for 10 articles for $15. If you have an AdSense account, you can also receive the 70% AdSense share starting with your very first article.

You should make much more than $15 through the AdSense share. Think of the $15 as a bonus.

There is the potential to continue writing for us after the completion of this project.

If interested in this project, please respond with:

- a $15 bid
- a summary of your experience
- links to financial articles you have written in the past
- what finacial related forums/sites you participate in, links to example posts, if any
- and let me know if you currently have an AdSense account that's ready to use

I look forward to hearing from you!
