Writing has to translate slightly complex tasks that a user would do on a web site - to simple easy ways that can be done by a novice user.
Suggest tool tips at the right spots on a web application.
Create a content repository of questions and their answers.
It will be an iterative process that may be segmented into 2-3 phases.
this is the first phase to understand and create key content initially.
