Prestashop Development

We run a recently launched Fashion Online Store using Prestashop 1.6.14 We will hire individuals that will promote products and receive a commission when they sell something from the store. This individuals, called Vendors, can be assigned to customer groups with special prices, this can be done using Prestashops build in features. But we need help with representing the products showing discounts and also let Vendors be able to generate discount coupons. Vendors will promote these discount coupons to their contacts and our system will keep track of which Vendor sold what by letting the system keep track of these Coupons and when they were used, and we need your help developing such functions. We also need a kind of chart that Vendors can access showing products and discounts and link information around. We can provide more details later along with pictures of what we want to archive. But this description may give you a direction if what kind of programming experience you need to have to be able to develop the functions we ask for.
