Our company has a client with a specific requirement.
Our client has a call center which is dedicated to offer credit cards to prospects. The tool used to check if potential customers have an offer or not is to call an IVR, from an provider, where they dial an ID to identify themselves (dialing numbers), and then the IVR will ask for a customer ID to request (also, dialing numbers). FInally, the IVR responds with a phrase like "Customer XXX is YYY the client offers a credit line ZZZ".
What my client needs is to get the information from that phrase to be inserted in a database that I already modeled with its respective maintenance interface.
Therefore, our client should have the ability to load a csv with thousands of IDs and make his PBX to call the provider's IVR and, as I mentioned before, to get the information to the database already set (which is very simple, with fields like 'agent_id','customer_id','offer'.
