Im looking for someone with Avaya experience to help configure an Avaya IP 500 system to display a dynamic caller id based on the outbound number its calling.
Agent calls 07540000000 -> avaya system looks up the number from a DB or flat file to find the corresponding CLI -> Avaya system changes the outbound id to the new CLI which is presented to the recipient.
The process of how this is done is not really important to us, as long as it is efficient enough for high call volumes and we can achieve the result of displaying a dynamic CLI on a per outbound call basis. So if you are aware of another or better way to achieve this please feel to suggest this.
Please note that this project will only be awarded to someone who PM's me the plan of how they intend to achieve this.

Hi, I have the habit to interconnect Avaya to Asterisk, base on your equipment it will be needed to do this as you are currently limited by Avaya features. Best Regards
