Port existing iOS music app to Android, test

This listing is for developers with experience in producing high-quality audio applications.
We have an existing app on iOS App Store that plays looped audio files. There are many audio files in the app so we have compressed them to 192kbps. The app is set up similarly to an MP3 player (folder hierarchy), where a user can select a folder of different audio files (similar to an Album) and then play the files inside them.
- In-app purchase store. Users can buy new "packs" through the app. We currently serve content from Urban Airship for our iOS version.
- seamless looping of audio files. We have found success using Unity 3D for this purpose for android testing, however we are open to other solutions. The audio files need to loop without any gap, as this is app is for musicians who rely on precise timing.
- Phone version only. Our iOS app is universal and has a tablet-specific UI, however, for this first round we would only like to create the phone version.
We currently have a subscription to a very nice Android testing service which you will use to test/debug.
We will provide you a list of 10 devices to test on and verify compatibility with.
If you feel you are right for this job, please bid!
