Compose Music Intro / Extro (jingle) to cartoon series
- Status Closed
- Budget N/A
- Total Bids 24
I need two (related) music tracks (jingles) to form an Intro and Extro for an educational cartoon series.
You can find a beta version of one cartoon episode here (without the visual intro or extro!): [url removed, login to view]
The Intro should be 5-8 seconds long
The Extro for the credits should be 2-3 seconds long
Mood for both is: happy, fun
Instrumentation: cool base line + whatever you think fits with it (or keep the base solo).
Good example of what I'm looking for:

See "Crazy Gang 10" for an example of an intro
See "Crazy Gang 13" for an example of an extro
Note: I would actually license this track from audionetwork because I like it, but according to the rules of audionetwork I would have to pay 2 licenses for each of the 70 three-minute episodes. This would make it too expensive for my non-profit project.
HOW TO BID:
Since this is such a short project, I cannot select a winner based on a partial completion. Bids should include the completed sound files or online links to sound files. If you think it necessary to protect your rights, you may provide them in lower quality or integrate an "accoustic watermark". In any case you will retain all your rights to your compositions until selected as the winner.
The winning Bid will be selected based first on quality and then price. So if two compositions find equal favor, the cheaper offer will win the bid.
CONDITION FOR BIDDING = RELEASING NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:
the composer transfers non-exclusive rights of the music to kathmedia. This means two things:
1 - the composer may use / sell to others / or build on his composition after winning the bid without any restrictions.
2 - kathmedia acquires the right to use, alter and distribute the composition for an unlimited time / with unlimited copies (digital or physical) in any present or future form of media including broadcasting rights online or otherwise / without geographic limitations / without any additional payment or royalties (i.e. anything other than the amount specified by the bid on freelancer). The composer will be credited in the end credits when the composition is used. A written, undersigned contract releasing the rights according to the above agreement will be provided by the freelancer within three weeks of winning the bid. The sending of the contract may take the form of an electronic or traditional mailing (e.g. digitally signed PDF-document or letter).Get free quotes for a project like this
