Are you saving for your future? Do you think Social Security will be there for you when it's time to retire? Does this topic scare you?
Enter "Broken Eggs Film: The Looming Retirement Crisis in America."
In a society where most people are willing to talk about their credit scores or dysfunctional relationships, no one is talking about how they are planning their future. We all have dreams, but it's the reality that is the real nightmare. The former three legged stool was made of your company's pension (almost extinct), Social Security (R.I.P. 2033), and your personal savings. With one leg to stand on, what now?
A group of retirement enthusiasts hopped into a few RVs and traversed the country speaking with all types of people in all walks of life about their future. There were also some amazing folks from the retirement and savings industry that also shared their thoughts on how we can avoid a "looming retirement crisis." This is not a conversation that should be had with just people nearing retirement. In fact, to avoid this crisis, it requires all hands on deck to get to the solution before it hits.
Here's where you come in. The film is in need of a narrator and the voice of our "nest egg." While the film is mostly comprised of interviews with experts and normal folks, it will have animated elements starring our fictional "nest egg" from the land of fables. Think "Humpty Dumpty." Alternatively, this same voice just may be the narrator walking us through the film, introducing statistics and our characters. We're not looking for stodgy old voices, but one that has youth and vitality while maintaining credibility.
