I will produce a modern, efficient layout for this commercial interior renovation that is preferred by clients, practical for construction and budget, and compliant with international building codes and regulations. Other bidders for this project can produce nice 3D images or quick 2D CAD drawings, but the product is not to code and therefore useless in reality.
