I am looking for some simple almost rectangular floor plans to be designed in auto cad. I do not need elevations, just floor plans. I need several plans and I need them sized from 1600-2500 square feet for 1 story and 1600-3500 for 2 stories. I want some with garages contained in the rectangular envelope and some that are completely outside the building footprint. That way if a customer does not want a garage we can exlude them. I would like 1 story and 2 story plans. They must be open plans. The kitchens must be open to the dining area and great room. I do not need formal dining rooms. The kitchens must be able to have an island option and a pantry. I want to be able to add porches etc on the front and back and the rectangular plans work best for this. I also would like some plans styled like T-Ranches. Price this per floor plan. Elevation work will come later
