My boyfriend and I are starting a Private Chef business or "experience" as we like to put it! My boyfriend, Maxime Croiset, is a Michelin trained chef with over 10 years experience in French cuisine. Born in Evry, France, Max has worked in Toulouse, Paris, Monaco, Nice, Sydney & London. He has worked under some of the finest chefs including Philippe Labbe (Chef of the Year 2012), Manu Feildel (who can forget MKR!) & Jason Atherton (ex-Head Chef to Gordon Ramsay’s Maze London). Now, settled back in Sydney with a young family, Max wants to bring everything he has learnt from some of the greats, to people's homes.
As a launch event, we are putting on an exclusive tasting in Neutral Bay on Monday 22nd July. The tasting will consist of 4 tasting plates, set out in courses and each course will be matched with a glass of premium French Champagne. The idea is to showcase his skills and delicious recipes in the hope that the word will spread about our business and we can tackle a niche in the market: bringing a fine dining restaurant to the comfort of your own home.
We are looking for a confident food blogger to join us on the night and write a food blog and/or article about the Chef, the experience and of course, the food. We would love someone who is honest, creative and above all, passionate about writing who is available to join us on the night from start to finish ([url removed, login to view] until 9pm).
We would love to be able to post your writing on our website (once launched) and also on our Facebook page, and would be more than happy to promote you as a blogger/writer if required on our sites also. We will also have additional events through the year, which we would like you to write for also.
If you have an established blog, or contacts in the media to get an article out there, that is a huge bonus, but not a deal breaker.
